This pyramidal horn has two orthogonally placed input feeds which provide the capability for simultaneous horizontal and vertical polarization and, with the addition of an optional 90° hybrid, selectable right- or left-hand circular polarization. This antenna is ideally suited for feeding high gain, long focal length, reflectors for surveillance and direction-finding applications. It is also designed for application as a primary radiator and is capable of handling 40 watts of RF power for transmitting applications.
