Airborne Multi-Channel Radio (HAMR)

Wideband Interoperability with VHF/UHF and SRW

The HAMR employs the industry-leading L3Harris ANW2®C waveform to deliver high-speed IP-networked data and Full Motion Video (FMV) for enhanced situational awareness and tactical ISR. It is future-proof, with an SCA compliant architecture that adapts to changing needs and emerging waveforms with simple software upgrades. Plus, the HAMR is interoperable with all Falcon III® tactical radios, legacy VHF/UHF radio systems, UHF SATCOM waveforms, Public Safety radios, and Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) systems.

Key Benefits

  • Two wideband radio channels in the same SWaP as a traditional single-channel narrowband radio
  • Most reliable SATCOM connectivity available today
  • ANW2C and SRW waveform networking support beyond-line-of-sight communications
  • Easily integrated into legacy and future platforms to support multiple missions, users and waveforms
