The antenna is constructed of a high strength radiating element structure. The antenna is available in both vehicle and tripod versions. The vehicle version is mounted to a spring assembly designed to absorb shock and impact and then quickly return the antenna to its proper vertical position for operation.
The tripod version is designed for deployment ground mobile or fixed site application. The antenna can be quickly be deployed from its storage configuration and has an integral threaded 3/4-10 base mount to an OE-254 mast.
