Our Radio Frequency Distribution System optimizes system efficiency for the Coast Guard
The L3Harris RFDS enables the use of a small set of remote, fully compliant antennas for each transmit and receive band, for both port and starboard sides of the ship, to optimize system efficiency. This provides the full flexibility to achieve the desired signal routings from several types of military and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) radios to any of the specified antennas.
The multi-canceller technology in the Harris RFDS can cancel over multi-octave bandwidths, mitigating RF interference from large signals and the accompanying transmitter broadband noise and spurious signals.
