Samir B. Mehta is President of the Communication Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth for Communication Systems, which covers a broad portfolio of solutions, including tactical and airborne radios, secure communications, night vision technology, and professional and public safety networks and products.

Mehta joined L3Harris in January 2023 from Raytheon Technologies, where he most recently served as President, Advanced Structures with Collins Aerospace. In this role, he led a diversified, multibillion-dollar global business of 15,000 employees, overseeing a portfolio focused on next generation flight and aviation components for commercial and military customers.

Prior to Raytheon, Mehta spent over 17 years with Sikorsky Aircraft in various leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility across general management, business development and operations, notably serving as President, Defense Systems & Services, where he led a $4B business with more than 5,000 employees and Sikorsky’s military products and services, from technology development to product delivery and support for U.S. government and foreign military customers.

Earlier in his career, Mehta spent five years with Otis Elevator, ultimately serving as Associate General Counsel where he negotiated legal terms and conditions for all customer, supplier and distribution contracts for a complex, $1B aftermarket organization.

Mehta earned a Juris Doctor degree and Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut, and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College.

Dr. Ross Niebergall is President of the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Dr. Niebergall is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth of Aerojet Rocketdyne, a proven provider of world-class propulsion systems and energetics to the DoD, NASA and other partners and allies worldwide. Previously, Dr. Niebergall served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of L3Harris, where he led the company’s engineering & technology organization, drove the overall technology strategy and aligned R&D investments to growth objectives. 
 

Dr. Niebergall joined Harris Corporation in 2017 to serve as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer prior to the company’s merger with L3 Technologies. He previously served as a Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services unit. In this role, he supported the development of a diverse portfolio, spanning both commercial and defense markets, including cyber security, command and control systems, sensors and imaging, and mission support products. 
 

During his career at Raytheon, Dr. Niebergall held significant technical and leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of U.S. operations for the Thales-Raytheon Systems joint venture. 
 

Dr. Niebergall has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Regina in Canada, and a master’s and doctorate degree in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. He has served as an associate professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Northern British Columbia and as a post doctoral research fellow and visiting scientist at McMaster University in Ontario.

Jon Rambeau is President of the Integrated Mission Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth of Integrated Mission Systems, which covers an extensive portfolio of solutions including Power Distribution, Reconnaissance, Electro Optics and Aviation.

Before joining L3Harris, Rambeau served as Vice President and General Manager, Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Rotary and Mission Systems business. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance of missile defense, radar, shipbuilding, directed energy and combat system integration programs, leading a global workforce of over 10,000 employees.

Rambeau began his career as a mechanical engineer with Lockheed Martin as part of their Operations Leadership Development Program.

He held key leadership roles in business and program management, technology, engineering and operations across multiple business areas in a career spanning 26 years with the firm.

His previous executive leadership roles within Lockheed Martin include vice president for the C6ISR line of business where he was responsible for undersea, cyber, electronic warfare and command and control capability delivery; vice president and general manager for the Training and Logistics Solutions line of business; vice president of F-35 International Programs where he successfully delivered the first international aircraft to the United Kingdom and added both Israel and Japan as additional partner nations; and vice president for Technology Transition within Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Engineering and Technology organization.

Rambeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Engineering and Applied Science.

He currently serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Council to the Dean of Drexel University’s College of Engineering.

Edward J. “Ed” Zoiss is president of the Space and Airborne Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth for Space & Airborne Systems, which covers an extensive portfolio of solutions in intelligence, surveillance, small satellites, electronic warfare, avionics (including carriage and release systems), wireless solutions and C4I systems. Previously, Zoiss was president of Harris Corporation’s Electronic Systems segment, which included a portion of his current portfolio prior to the company’s merger with L3 Technologies, Inc. in June 2019.

Prior to his role as president of Harris’ Electronic Systems segment, he was vice president and general manager of the defense business unit within Harris Government Communications Systems. This business served U.S. and international customers with critical, military interoperable communication products, as well as intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions for protecting national security and aiding public safety agencies. Prior to that role, he served as vice president of C4ISR Electronics, which provided specialized solutions to defense, intelligence and public safety agencies.

Before assuming responsibility for the C4ISR business, Zoiss was vice president of Advanced Programs and Technology, where he led the division strategy, business development, marketing and all internal research and development. 

Joining Harris in 1995 as a principal mechanical engineer, Zoiss assumed positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure, including director of Research and Development and vice president of Business Development for National Programs. He is the recipient of 13 patents. 

He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a member of the Florida State University Engineering Advisory Council, a board member of the Space Foundation, and a board member of Jariet Technologies. 

Zoiss received his bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York, and his master’s in mechanical engineering from California State University at Northridge. In addition, he received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy as a lieutenant.

Kenneth L. Bedingfield is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission and Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial planning, financial controls, capital structure, accounting, audit, financial services, tax, treasury, investor relations, contracts, and corporate development. 

Bedingfield joined L3Harris in 2023 from Epirus, Inc., where he was Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Ken led the company from research and development through production of electronic components and directed energy systems and multiple successful fundraising rounds. Ken joined Epirus in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Epirus, Bedingfield spent eight years with Northrop Grumman in finance roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Northrop Grumman in 2011 as Chief Accounting Officer.

Earlier in his career, Bedingfield spent 17 years with KPMG, most recently as the national client leader of its U.S. Aerospace and Defense audit practice. Bedingfield earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and he is a certified public accountant. 

Christoph Feddersen is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Feddersen is responsible for the company’s legal function, environmental health and safety, and enterprise security. 

Feddersen joined L3Harris in 2024 as Vice President and General Counsel for Space and Airborne Systems, after more than 25 years of practicing law in-house and at international law firms in the United States and Europe.  

Previously, Feddersen served 17 years in various roles at RTX Corporation, most recently as the Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate Secretary for Collins Aerospace, a position he held for nine years.

Prior to, Feddersen held several positions of increasing responsibility at United Technologies Corporation (UTC), including as Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate Secretary for UTC Aerospace Systems.  

Feddersen earned a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Doctorate in International Trade Law from the University of Hamburg. He was also an Emile Noël Fellow at Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bars in New York, NY, the District of Columbia, and Germany.

Tania Hanna is Vice President of Government and Customer Relations for L3Harris Technologies. Hanna is responsible for the company’s relations with the U.S. Congress, the executive branch and Aerospace and Defense industry associations located in the Washington, D.C., area. She also oversees global business development and external communications, ensuring alignment of messaging to key external stakeholders with the company’s growth strategy. 

Hanna was Vice President of Government Relations for Harris Corporation, prior to the company’s merger with L3 Communications in 2019, and also worked as Vice President of Policy and Legislative Affairs, responsible for implementing and overseeing Harris’ engagements with the U.S. Congress and related organizations, and building the company’s international government-relations capabilities. 

Before joining Harris in 2003, Hanna served as Senior Associate with a DC-based law firm, Senior Attorney at the Federal Communications Commission and General Counsel for a small internet startup.  

Hanna earned a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Georgetown University, a graduate degree from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University. She also has a Juris Doctor from American University.

Kimberly (“Kim”) Mackenroth is Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for L3Harris Technologies. In this position, Mackenroth leads the Information Technology function including Global Business Services for the enterprise. She is responsible for partnering across the organization to establish strategic roadmaps and leverage digital technologies to provide high-value business solutions across the organization. Mackenroth is also focused on continuing to evolve technologies for L3Harris and drive innovation and growth that enables more effective and efficient delivery of services and products to our customers.  

Mackenroth joined L3Harris in 2023. Prior to joining L3Harris, Mackenroth held the position of VP, CIO, at Textron, where she was responsible for optimizing systems and IT services to align with business strategy, advancing cybersecurity, managing suppliers, and supporting collaboration.

Previously, she served as VP and CIO at both Textron Aviation and Textron Tools and Test. Mackenroth launched her career at Bell Helicopter, where she held a variety of roles across supply chain, manufacturing and helicopter programs, building a breadth of operational experience.  

Mackenroth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mackenroth currently serves as Vice Chair on the Baylor University School  of Engineering and Computer Science Board of Advocates. In addition, she serves on the board of the National Cryptologic Foundation.

Dr. Andrew Puryear is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he develops and oversees the overall technology and engineering strategy, driving technology talent development throughout the company and ensuring world-class standards of engineering processes, methods, systems and tools. This includes leading research and development planning and investments, integrating corporate strategy, product management, and technology planning to identify and pursue technology and market adjacencies for existing products and technologies under development. 

Prior to joining L3Harris in 2023, Puryear served as Chief Technology Officer for Ultra Electronics, leading the development and implementation of the strategic technology roadmap, which connected Ultra’s internal research and development (IRAD) investments to corporate strategy. He also integrated corporate strategy, product management, and technology planning while collaborating with global business development to align technology development with international pursuits.

Previously, Puryear served as the Division Leader for Pacific Northwest National Labs AI and Data Analytics Division, as the Director of Cyber Strategy and Execution for The MITRE Corporation, and as an R&D Senior Manager at Sandia National Labs. He spent eight years at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he contributed to missions from seabed to space.  

Puryear has more than 24 years of engineering experience, including establishing strategic partnerships and identifying emerging technology capability areas.  

Puryear has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve and served as the Emerging Technology Threat Advisory Chair for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Melanie ("Mel") Rakita is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for L3Harris Technologies. Rakita has responsibility for all human resources (HR) activities for the enterprise including employee and industrial relations, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, equity, inclusion, engagement, compensation and benefits, HR systems, performance management, and succession planning.

Rakita assumed this role in April 2023. Rakita joined the legacy Harris Corporation in 2015 as Vice President, HR for the former Harris Critical Networks segment. She subsequently served as Vice President, Talent Management, VP, HR – Space and Airborne Systems (SAS), and VP, HR – Integrated Mission Systems (IMS).

Rakita has more than 24 years of experience in HR management and leadership, including global talent management, staff development and employee relations.

Before joining legacy Harris, she was Director, HR at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) for Sikorsky Defense Systems & Services.

Previously, she served in HR positions with UTC, L’Oréal USA, and Colgate-Palmolive Company.

Rakita has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.

David Zack is Vice President of Operations and Program Excellence at L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Zack leads program excellence, global manufacturing and facilities, quality and continuous improvement, and supply chain management to drive flawless execution and delivery to our customers. 

Since joining L3Harris in 2019, Zack has served as President of Integrated Mission Solution’s Maritime sector, President of Space & Airborne System’s Mission Avionics sector, and most recently lead operations and program excellence for the Communication Systems segment. In his role, he was responsible for performance assurance and achievement of optimum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Before joining L3Harris, Zack served as Corporate Executive Council Member and Vice President of United States Government Defense Systems and Services for Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, and was responsible for U.S. government and international military development, upgrades, production and aftermarket products and services. 

Zack earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Systems Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. He also completed executive certificate programs from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and INSEAD’s International School of Business.

Kubasik was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2021. Immediately prior, he served as Vice Chair, President and Chief Operating Officer – roles he assumed upon the merger of L3 Technologies, Inc. and Harris Corporation in June 2019.

Kubasik has more than 30 years of experience in the A&D industry, having joined L3 Technologies as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015. He was elected Chair of the board in May 2018 after having been named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the company’s board of directors in January 2018.

Earlier, Kubasik was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Seabury Advisory Group LLC, a leading aviation and A&D professional services firm. In 2010, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he also held several senior executive and finance roles. Before joining Lockheed Martin, he enjoyed a successful career at Ernst & Young, where he was named partner in 1996.

Kubasik is a member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Air Force Association (AFA), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Navy League of the United States, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Board of Directors, and the Florida Council of 100.

Kubasik received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. He also completed the Systems Acquisition management Program at the Defense Acquisition University at Fort Belvoir and received an Executive Engineering Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.

Sallie B. Bailey, 64, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2018 and serves as chair of our Audit Committee and as a member of our Nominating and Governance Committee. Bailey is retired from Louisiana-Pacific Corporation where she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2011 to 2018. 

Prior to this, she was the vice president and chief financial officer of Ferro Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Prior to holding that position, Bailey held various senior management positions over eleven years with The Timken Company, lastly as senior vice president, finance and controller. Earlier in her career, Bailey was an audit supervisor for Deloitte & Touche LLP and then held various positions of increasing responsibility at Tenneco Inc. 

Bailey is also a member of the board of directors of NVR, Inc. (since 2020) and The AZEK Company (since 2020). She previously served as a member of the board of directors of General Cable Corporation from 2013 to 2018 and Milacron Holdings Corp. from 2004 to 2008.

General Peter W. Chiarelli, U.S. Army (Ret.), 73, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2012 and serves as chair of our Innovation and Cyber Committee and as a member of our Audit Committee. Chiarelli is a retired general of the U.S. Army. He is President of Gates Global Policy Center, and was also former chairman of the board of Interologic Inc., a company that helps impact-oriented organizations achieve their goals through leading edge data and analytics technology. 

Prior to his retirement in 2012 from the U.S. Army, he most recently served as Vice Chief of Staff, the Army’s second highest ranking officer and held other senior officer positions, including Senior Military Assistant, Secretary of Defense; Commander of the Multi-National Corps – Iraq; Division Commander, Fort Hood, Texas and Baghdad, Iraq; U.S. Army Chief of Operations, Training and Mobilization; and Executive Officer, Supreme Allied Commander, Europe. After his retirement from the U.S. Army, Chiarelli served as chief executive officer of One Mind from 2012 to 2018 and chief executive officer of 1560 LLC from 2018-2019.

Thomas A. Dattilo, 72, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2001 and serves as chair of our Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of our Compensation Committee. He also served as Harris’ chairman from 2012 to 2014. Dattilo is an advisor to various private investment firms. He served as chairman and senior advisor to Portfolio Group from 2013 to 2016 and senior advisor to Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC, from 2007 to 2009.

Prior to joining Cerberus, Dattilo was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 2000 to 2006. He joined Cooper in 1999 as president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, Dattilo held senior positions with Dana Corporation, including as president of its sealing products group.

Dattilo is also a member of the board of directors of Canoo Inc. (since 2020). He previously served as a director of Solera Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2016.   

Roger B. Fradin, 70, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2016 and serves as chair of our Finance Committee, co-chair of our Ad Hoc Business Review Committee and as a member of our Innovation and Cyber Committee. Fradin is currently an operating executive for The Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset manager. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Industrial Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company, from 2019 – 2020.

Prior to that, he served as vice chairman of Honeywell International Inc. from 2014 to 2017 and president and chief executive officer of Honeywell’s Automation and Controls business unit from 2004 to 2014. He joined Honeywell in 2000 when Honeywell acquired Pittway Corporation.

Fradin is also a member of the boards of directors of Janus International Group (formerly Juniper Industrial Holdings, Inc.) (since 2019), Resideo Technologies, Inc. (since 2018), and Vertiv Holdings Co. (since 2018). He previously served as chairman of the board of Juniper II Corp. from 2021 to 2022 and as a member of the board of directors of Pitney Bowes Inc. from 2012 to 2019 and MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. from 1998 to 2019.

Joanna L. Geraghty, 52, joined the L3Harris board in 2022 and serves as a member of our Audit and Compensation Committees. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of JetBlue, which encompasses the airline as well as subsidiaries JetBlue Technology Ventures and JetBlue Travel Products. Geraghty is also a member of JetBlue’s board of directors.

Geraghty previously served as JetBlue’s president and chief operating officer from 2018 to 2024; as executive vice president, customer experience from 2014 to 2018; and as executive vice president, chief people officer from 2010-2014. Prior to those roles, she served as vice president and associate general counsel and director of litigation and regulatory affairs. Geraghty has been with the New York-based airline since 2005. Before joining JetBlue, she was a partner at the law firm Holland & Knight.

Geraghty is a member of the board of the JetBlue Foundation and chairperson of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international not for profit organization. 

Kirk S. Hachigian, 64, has been a member of the L3Harris board since December 2023 and serves as a member of our Ad Hoc Business Review and Finance Committees. 

Hachigian served as chairman of JELD-WEN Holdings, Inc. from 2015 until he retired in 2019. Prior to that, he served as JELD-WEN’s chairman and chief executive officer from 2014 to 2015. Prior to joining JELD-WEN, Hachigian was chairman and chief executive officer at Cooper Industries plc from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, Hachigian held senior positions with General Electric Company.

Hachigian is also chairman of the board of directors of Allegion, Plc. and a member since 2013. He is a member of the boards of directors of NextEra Energy, Inc. (since 2013) and Paccar Inc. (since 2008). He previously served as a director of Cabinetworks Group from 2021 to 2022.

Retired Admiral Harry B. Harris, Jr., U.S. Navy, 67, has been a member of the L3Harris board since 2021 and serves as a member of our Innovation and Cyber and Nominating and Governance Committees. Harris is former U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea (2018 – 2021).

During his 40-year U.S. military career, from 1978 to 2018, Harris served as Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Communications Networks and commanded the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM), U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. 6th Fleet, NATO Striking and Support Forces, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 1 and the Joint Task Force in Guantanamo. As Commander of USPACOM, he oversaw 400,000 military and civilian personnel – across more than 50 percent of the globe.

Harris also participated in numerous combat operations, including Desert Shield/Storm, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and Odyssey Dawn. He has flown more than 4,400 hours, including 400-plus combat hours. 

Lewis Hay III, 68, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2002 and serves as chair of our Compensation Committee and as a member of our Finance Committee. Hay is currently an operating advisor for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC. 

Hay served as executive chairman of NextEra Energy, Inc. from 2012 until he retired in 2013. Prior to that, he served as NextEra Energy’s chief executive officer from 2001 to 2012, chairman from 2002 to 2013, president from 2001 to 2006 and as president of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC from 2000 until 2001. He joined NextEra Energy in 1999 as vice president, finance and chief financial officer. He also served as chief executive officer of Florida Power & Light Company from 2002 to 2008. 

Hay is also a member of the board of directors of Anthem, Inc. (since 2013). Hay served as a director of Capital One Financial Corporation from 2003 to 2019. Hay also served on President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness from 2011 to 2013.

Rita S. Lane, 61, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2018 and serves as a member of our Ad Hoc Business Review, Innovation and Cyber and Nominating and Governance Committees. Lane was vice president, operations for Apple Inc. from 2008 to 2014. She also held the positions of senior vice president, Integrated Supply Chain and chief procurement officer for Motorola Solutions, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, she held senior supply chain positions at International Business Machines Corporation for more than ten years and also served five years in the U.S. Air Force, ultimately, as a captain.

Lane is also a member of the board of directors of Amphenol Corporation (since 2020) and Signify N.V. (since 2016). She also served as a member of the board of directors of Sanmina Corporation from 2016 to 2023.

Robert B. Millard, 73, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 1997. He serves as our Lead Independent Director and as a member of our Compensation and Finance Committees. Millard served as the chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation from 2014 to 2020 and is now chairman emeritus.

Millard held various business positions including chairman of Realm Partners L.L.C. from 2009 to 2014 and managing director at Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1976 to 2008.

Millard is also a member of the board of directors of Evercore Inc. (since 2012). He also served as a member of the board of directors of GulfMark Offshore, Inc. from 1989 to 2013. 

Retired General Edward A. Rice, Jr., U.S. Air Force, 67, has been a member of the L3Harris board since February 2023 and serves as a member of our Audit and Innovation and Cyber Committees. Rice is a retired four-star general and served as commander of the U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command until his retirement in 2013. Following his retirement from the Air Force, Rice has been an independent consultant with Ed Rice Consulting (since 2014).

During his 35-year military career, Rice served as a general officer, including commanding U.S. Forces Japan and the 5th Air Force, serving as vice commander of Pacific Air Forces, and commanding the 13th Air Force.  

William H. Swanson, 75, has been a member of the L3Harris board since December 2023 and serves as co-chair of our Ad Hoc Business Review and as a member of our Innovation and Cyber Committee. 

Swanson served as chairman of Raytheon Company from 2004 until he retired in 2014 and chief executive officer of Raytheon Company from 2003 to 2014. He joined Raytheon in 1972 and held numerous senior positions, including President of Raytheon from 2002 to 2004, Executive Vice President of Raytheon and President of its Electronic Systems division from 2000 to 2002, and Executive Vice President of Raytheon and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Raytheon Systems Company from 1998 to 2000. 

Swanson is also a member of the board of directors of Hagerty Inc. (since 2021). He previously served as a director of NextEra Energy, Inc. from 2009 to 2021.

Christina L. Zamarro, 52, joined the L3Harris board in July 2022 and serves as a member of our Audit and Finance Committees. She is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, responsible for the company’s global finance organization and overseeing Goodyear’s treasury, investor relations, accounting, audit and financial planning & analysis, as well as its business unit finance teams.

Prior to her current role, Zamarro served as Goodyear’s Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, responsible for the company’s capital allocation management and oversees Goodyear’s global treasury, strategic planning and analysis, risk management and investor relations functions. She also served as Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets and Risk Management, responsible for Goodyear’s global capital markets, creditor relations, risk management and pension asset management. In 2014, she was named Vice President, Investor Relations, and in 2018 took on additional responsibilities of Goodyear’s Financial Planning and Analysis function. Zamarro has been with the Akron, Ohio-based company since 2007. Before joining Goodyear, she held finance positions at Ford Motor Company.

Zamarro is a member of the Council for Institutional Investors, Women in Leadership, National Investor Relations Institute, Association for Finance Professionals and American Finance Organization.
