The L3Harris Diversity Council, headed by Chairman and CEO Bill Brown and comprised of Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership and executives from across the enterprise, influences and evaluates the company's strategies, policies and steps to advance diversity and inclusion and build a high-performance workforce.
