L3Harris Technologies and INROADS Launch $2 Million Program to Help Underserved Students in Orlando and Dallas

MELBOURNE, Fla. — L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX) and INROADS have formally launched the L3Harris College Links Program in Orlando and Dallas to offer underserved high school students in the region with critical STEM and business training, mentoring and skills development.

Leaders from L3Harris, INROADS, the Orlando Magic and other organizations took part in a virtual event Saturday to kickoff the program in the two cities. L3Harris has committed $2 million and employee volunteers to support the program, which will engage students in career exploration, internships, and leadership development. The company has about 8,000 employees in Central Florida and 7,700 employees in North Texas.

INROADS College Links is a college and career readiness program for high school students interested in STEM and business careers. In addition to Orlando and Dallas, INROADS oversees College Links programs in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Washington DC and other cities. High school students can apply here
